Production of Aluminium Structures
To produce aluminium structures (pre-assembled facades, windows, doors, fire shutters), PS BRNO s. r. o. uses top-quality profile systems by SCHÜCO International and WICONA.
But we can work with other systems, too. The aluminium production of our company is diversified. We are experienced in the production of facade blocks as well. Our production plant is equipped with the complete technology line by the German ELUMATEC.
WE DESIGN – PRODUCE – IMPLEMENT:
- Cladding systems, glazed and lining structures for buildings and interiors.
- Wide range of technical glazed facade solutions: structural, raster, target, modular facades, including non-standard solutions.
- Glazed roof structures, windows, doors and window elements for outdoor applications, indoor use and fire structures, insulated and non-insulated cladding: lining made of alucobond, aluminium, cassettes, and others.
- Supporting steel and aluminium structures primarily for building purposes.
SBZ 130 MACHINE TOOL
A machine tool for the machining of profiles of up to 11m long in three axes.
DG 104 SAW
A double-disc saw for the cutting of aluminium profiles up to the depth of 320 mm at 90°. This saw is further equipped with a clock system for the cutting of series of identical dimensions.
